This Privacy Policy applies to (1) our job applicants, (2) our employees and consultants, who are people we place on assignment with one of our clients, (3) users of the website and TEKRECRUITER apps (the “Sites”), and (4) representatives of our clients and vendors. This Privacy Policy applies to all TEKRECRUITER affiliates, divisions, and d/b/a entities.

Please note: The TekCorporation LLC is a separate business division and legal entity unaffiliated with TEKRECRUITER LLC. It is not a parent, subsidiary, or alter ego of TEKRECRUITER LLC.
