The challenge
The client’s service cycle had too many steps, and it was lowering customer retention. Agents struggled to reach customer information during service visits, and each extra step in the process reduced customer experience and satisfaction. Fixing it meant connecting Service Cloud to the systems that held that information, which required Salesforce developers with MuleSoft experience.
What we did
Before the search, we briefed the client’s leadership on the talent pool for Salesforce developers with MuleSoft experience: how many there are, what they cost and what technical aptitude the work required. That gave leadership what it needed to build a timeline and budget proposal and get the project approved.
Once approved, we identified, screened, technically assessed and presented four Salesforce developers with MuleSoft experience within three days.
The result
The client held five interviews and hired two Salesforce developers on a 12-month contract-to-hire. The project that had been waiting on talent moved forward.
